Although the room was tiny and felt more like a maids room, the beautiful and modern atmosphere made up for it. The service was outstanding with kind and accommodating staff. The location was amazing with breathtaking views of Lake Garda, right next to the old city of Riva del Garda. The dining experience offered a good variety and excellent quality. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was truly a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautifully appointed, especially the fabulous bathroom, but I found the shower cubicles to be slightly on the small side. Although the design was very nice, there were various impractical aspects like complicated lighting, a small bathroom sink, and no in-room coffee. The air conditioning was also not ideal, blowing cold air behind the curtains. Despite these flaws, the room itself was just beautiful.
